Home Trial & Return Policy
At Patty Shelabarger, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of receipt of your order.
Returns Within Europe
We offer free returns to customers within Europe. For items returned from outside Europe, the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The specific return shipping fees will be communicated and deducted from the refund upon receiving the returned items, provided they meet our return conditions.
Custom Duties & Partial Returns
Custom duties paid to clear the goods will not be refunded. Returning shipping costs apply only to complete returns; if one or more products are retained, no return fee is charged.

Return Process
For European purchases, contact our Customer Service at customercare@pattyshelabarger.com within 7 days of receipt to request return authorization. Items must be returned within 14 days from receipt, in new condition with the original receipt. Once approved, you'll receive return labels and instructions via email.
Refund Process
Upon receipt of returned items and quality check approval, refunds will be processed using the same payment method. You'll receive a refund once the items pass the quality check and meet our return conditions.
