Free Worldwide Shipping

Please note that Free Worldwide Shipping applies only to orders over €100. A shipping fee will be applied to orders under €100, based on your Country.

Order Processing Timelines

  • Orders before noon (GMT + 1) are processed immediately.
  • Orders after noon (GMT + 1) start processing the next business day.
  • Orders placed after noon (GMT + 1) on Friday begin processing on Monday.

    Order processing times vary based on the selected lenses at purchase:

  • Non-prescription orders: 1-2 business days.
  • Single vision prescription lenses: 3-4 business days.
  • Progressive prescription lenses: 6-8 business days.
  • Reading lenses: 3-4 business days Single vision prescription sun lenses (various types): 3-8 business days.

    All orders are shipped using UPS (worldwide) and TNT (Italy) as our logistics partners:

  • EUROPE: 3-5 working days.
  • UNITED STATES: 3-5 working days.
  • REST OF THE WORLD: 5-7 working days.

    • Shipping Confirmation

    Once your order is packed and picked up by the courier from Patty Shelabarger Headquarters, we'll send a shipping confirmation email containing your order's tracking number and shipment status.

    Please note that once the package leaves our Headquarters, delivery time relies on your location and customs clearance. Custom duties may apply to extra UE orders.
