These Conditions of Sale pertain to the acquisition of products and/or services through online channels on www.pattyshelabarger.com, operated by SHINE ON SAS DI PATRIZIA SHELABARGER & C. Each transaction falls under the regulations of Legislative Decree of May 22, 1999, No. 185, and Legislative Decree No. 196/03, the "Code regarding the protection of personal data," governing the processing of personal data, including data stored abroad, for entities domiciled or with registered offices in Italy.

Article 2 – Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale
Upon electronically submitting a purchase order, customers declare that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions of sale, payment proposals, and the entire purchase process.
Article 3 – How to Purchase and Prices
Before finalizing a purchase, the customer will be presented with the total order cost, allowing for modification, partial or complete cancellation. Product prices, inclusive of VAT, are clearly indicated on the site. SHINE ON SAS DI PATRIZIA SHELABARGER & C does not offer VAT refunds for purchases outside the EU made on pattyshelabarger.com. In case of unavailability, customers will be notified by email. SHINE ON SAS DI PATRIZIA SHELABARGER & C reserves the right to alter prices on the website without prior notice.
Article 4 – Shipping and Payments

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, customers defined as "consumers" have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods. Withdrawal notifications must be sent via email. Customers must return undamaged goods in their original packaging within 14 working days. Refunds will be processed within 30 days. The revised terms become effective on the publication date on the website www.pattyshelabarger.com. These Terms of Sale are subject to Italian law, and disputes will be exclusively settled by the Court of Rome.
